KSA is part of the the project team for the Seismic retrofit and rehabilitation of the historic 1925 hall of justice building in downtown Los Angeles for the County of Los Angeles immediately northwest of City Hall. 

 

The project will house an number of County Agencies when reopened and will include the introduction of new landscaping, and a new partially underground 1,000 space parking garage on the north side of the building.
