Miles Playhouse 3D

Christine Emerson Reed Park in the City of Santa Monica, a 5.3 acre urban park, surrounded by a dense, residential neighborhood and adjacent to the busy commercial corridor of Wilshire Boulevard, is home to the historic Miles Playhouse, tennis courts, basketball courts, city offices, community rooms and a childrens playground.

A new strolling garden for the 1929 Miles Playhouse utilizes native plants as a demonstration of drought tolerant, sustainable landscaping. Perimeter landscape along the edges of the park is being upgraded for sustainability and security, to address safety concerns about vagrancy in the park.
