This 824,200 square meter site was envisioned as the first complete seaside resort in Korea. Thelandscape design for this project took advantage of the site's beautiful climate and views to provide the perfect setting for complete relaxation.

Different areas were developed to provide specific garden areas for family activities, a green amphitheater for outdoor performances, playgrounds and picnic areas, and recreation facilities adjacent to the private beach.
